Our students 4A Tam Hoi Man, 4C Lau Lok Tsun and 4C Tse Sau Kon participated in the "HSBC Young Financial Planners Program" - "The 11th Young Financial Secretary" organized by The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong. After a series of training and learning, our three young financial secretaries met with the Financial Secretary, Mr Chan Mo-po, on 21 December 2021 to discuss the future development of Hong Kong. Also, they expressed their views on the 2022-23 Budget to the Financial Secretary.

The event started in July 2021. Our three participating young financial secretaries received a series of training on personal and public finance and social issues. Based on their insights on related issues, our three young financial secretaries authored a total of more than 80 pages of the Budget Proposal and presented it at the meeting with the Financial Secretary. Our students claimed that participating in the scheme gave them a new understanding of personal and public financial management, and they really benefited a lot.
